1.Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 10 Canadian provinces.

We do not ship to Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or other restricted or non-serviceable locations.

Customers in the United States should place their orders through our dedicated U.S. website.

To ensure product authenticity, warranty coverage, and reliable after-sales support, please purchase only through Tiniover’s official or authorized sales channels.

3. What promotions are currently available?

4. Do I need to pay sales tax on my trike?

 No. No additional sales tax is charged on Tiniover products. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.

5.Why was my credit card payment declined?

Your payment may have failed because the order exceeds your card’s transaction limit or your bank flagged the high-value transaction for security reasons.

Please contact your bank to approve the transaction or increase your limit. You may also try paying with PayPal.

6.Where can I register my Tiniover warranty?

No separate warranty registration is required. Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and product information, and we’ll assist you.

7.Where can I buy a spare battery? Are they in stock in our Canadian warehouse?
